All armour in Dark Tempus is ablative. Armour grants the wearer a number of additional hits against most types of attack (except firearms). When armour hits are lost it does not affect the character’s health in any way, however that armour will need to be repaired by someone with the relevant skill before being used again. Firearms bypass armour without damaging it.

If your armour is damaged at the end of an event it is assumed that during the break in between games you have taken it to a mechanic and had it repaired.
